How do I track a flight?
Three ways. Type the flight details in chat (airline, flight number, date) and Lumo registers it immediately. On WhatsApp, you can also say it — hold the mic button and speak the flight details. Or forward your confirmation email to trips@thinklumo.com and Lumo adds it automatically. Once tracked, Lumo monitors it and alerts you to anything that changes.
Can I send voice messages?
Yes — on WhatsApp. Hold the microphone button, say your question or request, and Lumo transcribes it and replies in text. Works for anything you'd normally type. Keep voice notes under 30 seconds for best results. Voice input is WhatsApp only; SMS is text only.
Is my information private?
Yes. WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted. Your travel data is stored securely and used only to provide the service — Lumo does not sell or share your personal information. Does it work internationally?
Yes. WhatsApp works seamlessly internationally and is the recommended channel for international travelers — no carrier charges, no filtering issues. SMS works in the US and Canada. Lumo covers flights worldwide.
