Predictions for DJT are now live!

Following the renaming of PBI to DJT on Aug 18th, we have updated our models, and predictions for DJT are now live.

An update on predictions

Last week, we posted an update for those customers who use our data for PNR monitoring. Cutting over real-time data was relatively easy and happened seamlessly on Aug 18th. Over the past week, we worked on a more complex task – that of updating our predictions. 

The challenge with predictions is that our models are trained on many years of data that combine past schedules, weather, ATC data, and such. It's simply not possible to do a global search and replace of PBI to DJT everywhere in the data and stored models, so a more careful process was required.

With human oversight and direction, our AI coding agents scoured the codebase to identify dependencies to fuse PBI and DJT when appropriate, update the code, test it, and deploy it. We are happy to report that the new predictions are now in production. Let us know if you have any questions!
