Acendas Travel, a Kansas City based TMC, and BCD affiliate, recently started using Lumo Navigator in their Mission Control to help proactively plan for delays and manage staffing requirements in anticipation of disruptions. Lumo integrates with Acendas' systems through their APIs to automatically track all their travelers' flights, and flags potential disruptions hours and days before departure.
