Optimize your call center staffing with Lumo Foresight

Posted by Loren Werner on Jul 6, 2021 9:45:00 AM

As travel ramps back up, and past data is not a great indication of the future, workforce planning is tougher than it used to be. Models that simply use averages of past data to predict future staffing needs no longer work. That's where Lumo comes in: we've created Lumo Foresight, an AI-powered engine that captures trends and predicted disruptions to accurately predict your future staffing needs days to weeks out, reducing over- and under-staffing and helping maintain high customer service levels in these volatile times.

Travel is back! And so are flight delays.

Posted by Bala Chandran on Jun 25, 2021 7:00:00 AM

I'm ecstatic that we're starting to fly again. The travel industry has taken a beating, and it's nice to hear optimism in conversations once more. As travel returns, so too have delays, cancellations, missed connections, and more, so I thought I'd give you a sense for what the recovery looks like, and remind you of why you still need Lumo when you fly. Four ways to spot bad AI

Posted by Bala Chandran on Nov 27, 2019 10:23:09 AM

A version of this was published in The Beat (subscription required).
